Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Specify what you see each time that you log in - the Welcome page, the last application that was in use, or a specific application.

Field Description
Open View Used Last Select this option to automatically open the view that was in use the last time you logged in.
Open Welcome Page Select this option to open the Welcome page.
Open This View Use this lookup to select a specific view to open when you log in. The options that display are based on your security role's access rights. If the specified application is subsequently removed from your security role's access rights, the Welcome page becomes the default view.
